A Macrocosmic Musical Composition

This workshop is a space for listening, this time by exploring the soundscape of this city.
We’ll follow the thinking of R. Murray Schafer and Hildegard Westerkamp as we reawaken our ears and awareness of our sonic environment.
Bring a notebook — we’ll compose maps, guiding ourselves and others on sonic-focused walks through the neighborhood.
Field recorders welcome but not necessary.
