Whether you are an aspiring musician, a long time gear freak, a curious mind who would like to know more about how to best capture the sounds of your purring cat on tape or whether you are just looking for a community to present your work to and get feedback: if you identify as female, transgender or gender non-conforming The Workshop wants to be your monthly place to be and welcomes you with open arms!
For this iteration of the series we will look at basic studio set-ups, frequently used „terms and words“ when starting to look for gear and equipment, as well as simple and cheap alternatives to experiment with sound.
We will also introduce the basics of modular synthesis and how to get started with your own rack.
